  I came in for a curled updo and was told the hairdresser “can’t”/“didn’t know how to” do the simple style I wanted. Unprofessional and undertrained.

  I been there a few times and I could say my experience has great, the owner greet you and make sure you in and out. I love the way they do my hair.

  My experience at the salon was pleasant. I recently moved to Peekskill and looked for a Dominican hair salon. So glad I found Rafaelina! Pricing is fair and hairdressers are friendly.

  Clean & organized. Owner takes clients in order as they come in. Professional salon. Been going over 6 years. Meter parking around the area. That's the only drawback having to step out to feed meter. Meter time Max is 2 hours. The one & only meter patrol is aggressive & very active.

  The place is super clean. The owner was courteous and pleasant. I called in advance to see if the place was busy. I explained all I wanted was a haircut. I waited 15 mins in the nice comfy chairs they have. The owner did the haircut. What good hands she has!! My hair responded accordingly. It's nice, healthy, and shiny. She made me feel at home and welcomed. By the way you can't beat the price. All in all I had a good experience and I will comeback! Thanks Rafaelina!
