  The staff at Radley Acura have always been courteous and professional so this visit was no different. I booked my appointment online, but I was not able to book a loaner vehicle. However, when I arrived and notified “Z” I could not book a loaner, he immediately set me up with a loaner. Everyone was great and “Z” kept me informed about the status and service needed for my vehicle. Truly Impressed!!!

  The main thing I liked about the experience this Acura Dealership gave was all due to Rick Robertson. From the second I made contact with Rick, during the experience, to the second Rick and I parted ways I felt taken care of. People simply don't know how to take care of people anymore. Rick is professional, friendly, and exemplifies being of service. Rick listened when I spoke and never interrupted, treated me like I was a valued customer of Acura, and micro managed my situation until the very end in a positive way.No matter what issue I brought to Rick's attention he was going to resolve, regardless if he knew the answer or not. My experience with Rick would not only make me a loyal customer to Acura but would also make me recommend the brand and dealership to friends. Thank you so much Rick for making an oil change, tire rotation, filter change, an amazing experience.

  Just bought a certified Acura here, and I will say, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Hazem was very response to our emails, and was available to help us as soon as we arrived. I thought we made a fair deal on the Acura, and also my trade. Very quick transaction, which is what I was looking for, as I did not have time to spend all day buying a car. Thank you. I would recommend you to others.

  Kaleb was awesome. He was extremely patient with me & very Informative..... Literally checked on each & every question or concern that I had thoroughout the entire 6 hour ordeal. He really took care of me & was the nicest, most personal sales rep they had.... & I'm a really tough cookie. So he did a good job! I wouldn't do business with anyone else

  Kaleb is an awesome sales person. He's patient, knowledgeable and pleasant. He made my car buying experience great and was not being pushy and overbearing. That resulted in in me being a happy customer who will come back and I recommend others to go see him as well so he can help with your car buying experience.
