  Overall, a nice facility. Nice staff, well kept grounds, great pool area, and mostly clean rooms. The only thing I didn't like about the room was that the carpet was quite dirty. It would turn your socks or feet black within minutes. There was also some sort of very sticky spot (I'm guessing honey?) about 3 inches in diameter that was on the carpet.

  Myself, my husband, and our two small children stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly, and our stay was very comfortable. We got a suite that was quite large for a very reasonable price! Two queens, a separate living room area, and a small area where there was a small fridge/coffee/microwave. The bathroom was very large, and very clean upon arrival. We also tried the room service. As expected (just like every other hotel offering room service) prices were a little expensive, but we thought it was worth it to stay in the comfort of our hotel. If you're worried about the budget, there are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel! The pool could use a little cleaning more often since leaves, dirt, and little bugs tend to get blown into the pool, but still enjoyable. Our stay was very pleasing, and we'd definitely come back! :D

  Absolutely loved this place. My favorite place I've ever stayed in Tucson. We used to go to Hotel Tucson, but my husband was reffing a soccer tournament up here and we got a room. The room was absolutely beautiful. I felt like I walked in to an apartment. It was huge and beautiful. My 2 year old loves running around in circles from the living room to the bathroom into the bedroom and back out. The staff was absolutely the most friendly hotel staff I have ever encountered and the room was spic and span. Breakfast was great and the drinks at the bar were delicious. This is the place we will go to from now on.

  This is a very good place to stay and to entertain guests. The view from the balcony is very nice especially when the sun is going down, or coming up. The large pool is good for kids with lots of energy. The breakfast is hot and diverse enough that even finiky eaters can find something that will satisfy. I would rate this five stars if the dinning room served larger portions.

  I have stayed at this hotel many times for business and pleasure! This property is amazing! The large pool and hot tub are great. The staff is super friendly and whatever small issue I may have had with the room was dealt with promptly. The restaurant and bar are great also. The property is close enough to shopping and eating, you can walk to. I try to stay here every time I'm in Tucson! Absolutely one of the best hotels in Tucson!
