  Five stars for the staff. They make this place awesome. The rooms are okay, if a little dated, but I can't say enough about how accommodating the staff is, always willing to help.

  I really enjoyed my stay at The Radissson. The hotel was well kept and the rooms were very clean. Also, a great night sleep on a bed made of clouds. My hotel of choice when I go back to El Paso.

  It’s ok. Hotel staff are rude and generally not helpful. The room is decent. Breakfast is fine for a couple of days. The outdoor pool is nice, but I question the cleanliness of the indoor pool. The gym is tiny.

  I liked everything about this hotel. I’m currently still staying there. Great amenities. The hot water in my initial room wasn’t working so they moved me and gave me free breakfast for the rest of my stay. Which was awesome! Only downside is hide your things. Little stuff has gone missing from my room where I knew I had it. My charger block is gone. It was plugged into the wall. I take the cord part in and out from my car everyday. But left the block. And some of my makeup is gone. Will not be leaving housekeeping a tip. But other than that. It’s been a great stay!

  Absolutely wonderful experience. Can walk to the hotel from the airport terminal. Shuttle is available if you want to ride and is prompt. Restaurant on premises has delicious food and excellent service. Great experience all around. Would not stay anywhere else in El Paso.
