  I grew up going to the "Shack" for audio and hobby supplies, and have found it to have evolved well into an outlet for cellular phone needs. Today I was happy to find that great customer care was still a part of the program. The Manager (Arthur) and his associate(Shania) understood the urgency of my needing to replace my recently lost phone. I was in, and out, in record time, with a new phone. They made sure to get me the best deal available, and, were able to execute this all while handling the traffic of other customers. I will definitely be back. Thanks

  This stores has extremely hard workers and great management. Last week i went in this facility to buy a certain product and get information on future purchases. While i was there i was assisted by a woman who was 8 1/2 months pregnant. I asked why she wasn't at home resting and she said simply because she loves her job and helping her customers.

  The central island where you checkout gets really confusing and inefficient when the store is busy. Customers stand around looking confused while store clerks try to figure out who's next in line. I also miss the good old days when radio shack had tons of electronic hobbiest parts.
