  Had referal by my doc who made appt for me and sent all the docs by fax. I go in on the day of the appnt, the lady at the front desk says I dont have an appnt setup nor received any other documents except the prescription. Well, thank you for wasting my time.

  Disgrace practice! They ask you to pay co-pay upfront although I told them I don't have copay. They said they will refund me after process the claim with my insurance. Months later when I checked the EOB from my insurance which confirmed I don't have any copay. I called their billing, a guy who wouldn't tell me his name picked up and told me they will just keep the money as credit on my account and would not do refund!!!! I said I will dispute with my credit card then, they hang up on me!! What'd XXXX!! STAY AWAY!!!

  The facility is clean and easily accessible. The x-ray technician was very courteous and professional. The only complaint I have is that their TV is unacceptably loud in the lobby. I assume that most people who come there with an ailment would not want to have such a loud TV in ringing in their ears.

  I agree with the person who wrote " Balance billing their patients..." they've got paid from insurance company and from patient but never contact patient for refund ( they said they lost the info. Make sure you call the billing department and get your refund if your insurance company took care of your claim. Stay away from this place.
