  Excellent shoe store. Staff is nice, and you can buy good brand shoes for a little less money. So yeah.. basically if you're looking to save money, but at the same time you're trying to buy good brand shoes, this is the place.

  FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! Do not shop here! There are too many other options. They advertised buy one get one 50% off but when it was rung up, it wasn't the correct price so I went back to show LISA the manager. She said that it was the correct price that rang up. I pointed out that the sign clearly states another price. She said the sign must have been moved. I pointed out that was false advertising and the responsibility of the store, not the customer. They lost the sale of 6 different pairs of shoes and I lost 45mins in the store. Lisa's customer service is a negative 1. I own 2 businesses in Donelson and if my employee treated one of my customers as she did me, they would be immediately terminated. Shame on Rack Room shoes. Horrible experience.
