  I had a horrible experience with Richard (the owner of r2grp)- My apartment is still not complete (planned date of completion was supposed to be October 15th 2014 and now its Feb10, 2015). The quality of the work that was done in my apartment is completely unacceptable/horrible. My family was given false expectations and are completely upset and left with a financial/stressful disaster to deal with. I am in complete shock of how this has been handled as the Richard I met when he was soliciting my job is not the same Richard I know now. I wish I had done more research and background checks on this company before we got involved with them. I am so not the type of person to write a review on a company, I am a fan of "working it out" but, in this case there has been no progress, no answered calls, complete neglect to my family which has gotten me to a point to share my experience as it has gotten to a point that I as a business man have never seen before. You read about stories like this or watch it on TV but never did I ever think this would happen to my family.
