  I never write bad reviews while I'm still frustrated, so it's been a while but I remember the encounter clear as day. I walked into this place a while back to ask if I could have a free ring sizing done while looking around the store. The owner/jeweler responded "What makes you think I would do a free ring sizing? No really, I want you to stand there and explain to me the sense behind giving you a free ring sizing." He said this to me right in front of another customer he was ringing up. I didn't complain about his attitude right then and there because the poor little lady in front of him looked like she felt awkward enough to have witnessed what she did. As I left he shooed me away with his hand like I was a ten year old girl. Oh, I don't know why you should give me a free ring sizing, sir, as I might be buying from you and all. No worries, I'll just go to any other jeweler in the metroplex and get a free ring sizing for all ten fingers. I ended up sizing and buying from James Avery, who sent me a pack of complimentary sizing loops for future reference. I don't know how this man has any business considering that he's very disrespectful and, according to other comments, messes up orders.

  Worst customer service ever. Mean grouchy old man that greets you with a "what do you want I'm busy" demeanor when you walk into the store. I brought a watch in that needed two repairs. When I came back to pick up the watch, he had only made one of the repairs and then argued, yelled, and belittled me in front of other customers that the other request never happened and that he doesn't fix watches - the "watch guy" does that. He said I would have to pay again for the additional repair. He does not provide a written record of what had been requested until after you pay at pickup - Only then he gives a handwritten receipt that was scribbled at the time of pickup and asks you "can you read?" to show you that you got what you paid for. NEVER EVER EVER go to this establishment unless you like to be insulted and belittled as a paying customer.

  I needed my bracelet shorter and it was done just as i wanted it and specially in a timely manner, he even cleaned my bracelet, will definitely visit again
