  I am very disappointed in the way they run RP Weddell. One of the Managers that goes by the name of Larry has a girlfriend that, most would say, runs the place. She is extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate of others. Many men have been fired, even if over nothing, because she wants to be the one in charge. This is a phony construction company that is run by the so called queen of the place, I would not recommend working here many people have quit over this issue and fired over the queen. Please don't even consider working here. You will most likely be fired or even quit within time.
