  Doesn't set customer expectations, Miss hella deadlines when they do. Parts this, Parts that. Oh we have to order parts because something doesn't fit? Delay that for weeks. I took my car in on a Monday and it has been 4 weeks waiting for it to be fixed. The labor cost is more expensive than the parts themselves and if you have good full coverage insurance, Do not take your car here because they're looking for suckers with great insurance and milk you like a cow.

  This shop does not know how to be professional he sucks and he thinks he has the only shop that knows how to fix a car i got a better deal going to another shop i am happy i didnt stay there they do not know how to do business

  My car was involved in a hit-and-run accident. It was hit from left rear side and car could not be driven due to broken suspension. I got connected with Mark from R&J Collision, and from that point, everything went smoothly. Guys from R&J arranged a checkup with Geico, they also arranged me a replacement car in a local Enterprise. I had my car Sorento SUV fixed in two weeks time - painted exterior on replaced parts (perfect job there, no distinction to original color) and fixed the suspension- along all other jobs needed as wheels alignment and everything else an average person does not know of. As they fixed my car 3 months ago, it gave me a plenty of time to test the suspension (no issues there) and claim- these guys are really good, professional, value their clients and keep their promise- fix your car to the original condition and keep you, the customer, greatly satisfied.

  Love the service. great people, expically the owner peter. He was very respectful and kind, at no point did i feel neglected or frel like i was getting ripped off. I recomend this garage to anyone needing repairs
