  I would leave a "zero" star review if it were possible. Families have to provide their own sound system. The funeral home offers no attendants to care for the needs of those who are grieving, The central lobby is *loud* as visitors cycle in and out, talking loudly, laughing, etc. with no one to provide oversight and to ensure quietness for the families who are grieving. Management team members appeared to be present nowhere in sight. Attention to detail is non-existent. I do *not* recommend this funeral home at all.

  Our mom passed away a couple of weeks ago. Our experience was wonderful. Our mom looked beautiful. The staff was wonderful. In our opinion, the cost was reasonable. Friends and family members were also happy with all the arrangements. We received compliments on how beautiful our mother looked. David from the Fordham location assisted with the initial prearrangements. He was so professional and kind. We decided to have the wake at the 4425 Broadway location. The transition was so smooth. The Mass and funeral was beautiful as well (Sacred Heart Catholic Church located in the Bronx).We promptly received my mom’s death certificate as well. We cannot express enough how happy we are with our overall experience. Thank you so much David, Ms. Ana and Aneyris. God bless you 💜🤗

  My mother,90 years of age, just passed away this week. We had a huge amount of people show up and this place was able to accommodate them all. The funeral home has limited amount of parking space, hence the 4 star rating. They were also lacking a TV and/or projector for the chapel. We had to rent our own which was incontinence. The place is very clean. Overall I was satisfied.

  My grandmother died this morning. The services from the woman who answered the phone to the people who came to pick up her body could not have been any ruder or have any less tact. It's a shame that as a community we seem to have so few options and have to put up with such terrible service in one of the hardest moments of our lives.

  I went there to pay my respects to my girlfriend who lost her son. It was terrible the viewing was suppose to start at 4pm and they didn't even bring her sons body. In front of other grieving families they were taking out caskets from rooms like they were musical chairs in front of grieving families. It was so dam disrespectful. They should close that place down and get rid of the management. I felt so sorry for what families had to go through. Disgusting!!!!
