  do not use this funeral home. they use non listened personnel, can't pass OSHA inspections without massive clean up. they loose bodies and cremate wrong bodies. Remember your loved ones may not know but how could you live knowing theyre knee deep in filth

  Ortiz funeral is the best. They are pleasant, compassionate and also very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for making this difficult time as smooth as possible.

  Incredible service from an incredible staff, they treat you like family, they greet you with warm smiles and make sure your needs are fully met. The handling and care of my loved one was incomparable. I don't agree with other reviews. The makeup and preparation of our loved one was amazing, I recommend The Ortiz Funeral Home to anyone who needs to put a loved one to rest, the service was handled with grace and ease. Thank you for everything!

  Planning a funeral is very difficult. The Ortiz Funeral Home staff provided impeccable service that is unmatched, they were very attentive to every single one of our needs. They treat you like family. This establishment has beautiful decor, very clean and has comforting feel. They are clear and concise and they make sure every detail is met.
