  Incompetent and rude, Sal doesn't know how to do his job and wastes your time. He said "Im confused" as he left, gave us a number to call back, and then never responded. Next day, Home Depot scheduled us with another service company. This is one of these repair people who wouldn't have any work without an arrangement with warrantys and retailers and they should be out of business.

  They showed up when they said they would, they took panel to shop and repaired it and installed within a week. Very satisfied. Fixed an LG w/d combo.

  So far I am very disappointed in the service. Its nearly impossible to reach these people on the phone, you get a recording that tells you to call back. After several weeks, a repairman actually showed up, then told me repair would be over $200. Once I explained I had a service contract through New Leaf, they fell off the face of the earth. Its been over a month since I first contacted them and the wasther/dryer is still not working. Stay away! We wound up having another service company come in and it turned out RATV left the machine unserviceable and we needed to get another new machine, which fortunately was covered by the New Leaf warranty. We kept the old machine for parts.

  Are they closed for good? Have been trying to get a part from these guys for 8 days Call them they don't answer or return calls Go to them and they are closed when they say they are "open" ...not sure what's going on here ? No signs saying it's closed for good so just bad business pratice?
