  I had two dresses that needed to be cleaned for oil spots. They didn't clean anything. When I talked to the manager, he yelled and screamed at me. He was very rude and mean, and the female clerk is very rude too. I am not going to be going back. Quincy cleaners is the worst place to bring your clothes to.

  I've been a regular customer here for the past year, and I recently dropped off a pair of pants that were ruined by the "cleaners." There was nothing close to customer service when my pants were returned to me. I was yelled at for asking for money to help me buy new pants. The manager was very rude and angry at me for having a complaint at all. It's even more upsetting given that I've been a paying customer there for a year now.
