Decent yarn selection, still have yet to interject with a salesperson who knows much of anything about yarn or their yarn selection. This can be frustrating when you are looking for something specific. If you have time to browse it is less so. Definitely a quilting store with an afterthought of yarn. But hey, it’s in the name.

I love this store. The gorgeous colors, the many batiks, the flannels, the sample quilts on the walls-all of it makes me wish I could spend my whole day quilting. And the knitting section, or "Yarn Branch" as they call it, makes me think that I must take up knitting. The chunky throws, the cozy socks, so Nanny textures and colors. I just love wandering this store. Ps. They have a train table to keep littles occupied! I can bring my 3 year old and know he's enjoying himself as much as I am!

Amazing quilting store. Friendly, knowledgable staff. Good yarn store. Great yarn selection, but poor needle selection. Not any really knowledgeable staff.

The selection of yarn-related products has been in a decline since (at least) last fall. I recently went to buy a pattern and some yarn. I found a book I was interested in buying but when I went to buy the needles and the yarn to go with a project, I was shocked to discover there were very few needles of any size available for purchase, and the selection of yarn was poor. The store stocks nice yarn but they don't have enough of any single color to put together a large project, or of complementary colors for smaller, multicolored projects. Additionally, it's been my experience the salespeople are sometimes more interested in their private conversations than in helping customers. I left without buying anything for which I came to shop.
