::As im paying for my lotto tickets worth $20 with my debit card, i told the cashier that i also want $20 cash back. I didnt know that you can only pay cash for tickets til she told me. So as im entering my pin i asked her if she also got my $20cash back. She said yes. When i was done paying i asked for the $20 cash. She said ohh you want $40. Then she gave me this look like its that time of the month. Duh didnt you get when i said " i ALSO want $20 cash back. That means i want $20 cash in my wallet.

::Go in there every month to get two money orders for my rent. Never had a problem for 8 months. Go in there a couple of weeks ago and the guy tells me he can't do the amount I want because it's their "policy." Either not their policy or all employees are not aware of policy. Inconsistent service.
