  The cashiers definitely don't know how to handle ppl cutting in front of others. I was caring waters waiting in line and some lady cuts in front of everyone (5 customers), and says all she has is ice cream and a lighter. Totally rude and the cashier did NOT know how to tell that lady to go to the end of the line like everyone else. The Dr. Pepper is always out!!!! Its the QT right across my apt complex but I'm starting to think I should just go to Race Trac or 7 Eleven because the current ppl suck.

  Stopped here with my two teenage daughters to get three cups of ice cream . While waiting we thought about ordering a pizza for dinner. After receiving our ice cream we were told to pay up front. We understood this as it wasn’t our first time ordering ice cream from a QT. However, having decided to order a pizza...we stood by the back deli counter downloading the QT app & started placing our pizza order. Note: we never touched our ice cream. Not one bite! The deli guy tells us again, “you need to pay for those up front”. I replied with, “we’re ordering a pizza too”. Another note: They were not busy. Just as we’re about to submit our pizza order the guy at the front register yells, “Do y’all have ice cream? You need to pay for it!”. Omgoodness! Are you kidding me?! I was beyond irritated at this point. I yelled back, “We know! We’re trying to order pizza!” We then decided to forfeit the pizza idea & just check out so everyone would shut up about the damn ice cream. And to add to the madness, while checking out the cashier asks, “Will this be all?” 😠😠😠 “IT IS NOW!!!!” It’s cups of cream QT!!!! Calm the hell down!!!!!

  I waited so long patientionally for my favorite QT service center to open. I live 3mils from it. I had my son drive me so I could have him take my picture in front of QT, to add to the aray of photos I've collected of the wonders of Fort Worth, Texas. But on Saturday evening, around 5:30pm. October 21,2017. The customer service clerk name Sarah, took the Joy from me. She was very rude , to playful with co-workers. And made certain that she was not going to say thank you to me. Sorry QT, Sarah is not representing your Company's protocol.

  I use flex fuel 88 octane. Why isn't this shown on the website? Do all QTs carry E15 (88 octane).

  Shout out to the QT on 820 & Marine CreekPkwy. They have a system going & it's working. Excellent customer service & smiles through this whole gas catastrophe. Good job guys! Way to go!
