    Worst company to work with. They destroyed my property that I was going to have delivered and have not reimbursed me for the damages. It has been months of following up and they ignore my emails.

    HORRENDOUS SERVICE! I used this company for several months, a few times a week. I asked repeatedly to set up an account so I would not have to give my information each and every time I called. I finally got the owner, Donna, to set up my account today. I was put on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to conform the address for the delivery I needed. Another employee picked up the phone, I explained I had set up an account and was waiting to hear if the order I needed delivered today had been put into the system. He transferred me back to Donna, who told me she wasnt sure why i was hold and that she was very busy. That she clearly had hung up and I obviously called her back. I explained she had not hung up, i had been put on hold and the I asked her to check the delivery info online, as the name and address for the intended delivery was incorrect. I need to make sure my package goes to the right person. Donna,the owner, then proceeded to talk over me, yelling about how busy she was and that she needed to go. On top of being unbelievably rude, she refused to change the delivery information so that is was correct! I will never use this company again. Wow - what aggravation for nothing. My advice is spare yourself, and use another company,
