  they close at 7pm but its only 6:20 when we got there and yet they are already closed

  Ordered 2 milkshakes, paid $40. Order was 3 hours late, was liquid with no ice cream. Guy was rude, simply saud he was busy, at 230am. Order arrived at 6am, and he refused to refund the order when i said i didnt want it. Horribke business and will never go again. Will definately tell freinds to avoid like the plague. You guys are horrible, and deplorable.

  I ordered a red bean slush with boba and it tasted like it was burnt so I told the lady that took my order and asked if I could get something else. She started to yell at me telling me I was stupid and refused to make me something else nor refund my drink. She also took the drink that I had but taken a sip of and threw it away. I had paid $4.11 for nothing but a sip of burnt red bean and about half an hour of insults in both English and Chinese. I don't know how this lady conducts business but this is not how to treat your customers. I hope she learns some proper etiquette and respect. 10/10 would not recommend.
