  There parts department Is awesome, people under me with the reviews they should learn how to change their own oil it’s a very simple it’s one screw and one filter and you add 6 quarts of oil depending on your engine type how dumb are you that you cannot be able to change your own oil! And rotate your own tires.What is this sad world coming too.

  Mystery oil? Asked for FULL synthetic oil change. After all was done, no indication on paper it's synthetic. Part number on oil is not synthetic. Hmmmm. After asking, was told by the cashier that 5w 20 is full synthetic and 5w 30 is synthetic blend. Oh and the photo i posted with this reviews shows no indication of type of oil. Cashier thinks I'm stupid. Send all your complaints to Manager Anthony Robino.

  Don't waste your time coming there. The Fette Ford "Quick Lane" Service will make you regret buying a Ford. Oil change takes more than 2 hours. That's how quick they really are. Ridiculous employees, whom have no knowledge about anything. The worst customer service I had ever experienced at any dealership for 20 years. I just hope the management will do something about it. They don't deserve even 1 star rating, but unfortunately I am not able to rate them 0 star. To every Ford owner: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ABSURD OF SERVICE/DEALERSHIP.
