::RACISTS!!! My husband and I were in here today, 02/22/2018, to purchase a firearm, everything was fine until I went across the street to buy a drink while he was filling out the background check. The RACIST WHITE GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER comes over and whispers something into the RACIST WHITE CHICKS ear, then she looks at my husband, (who's black), and says if he needs to look at his ID while filling out the form then they cant sell him a firearm by law which is a COMPLETE AND UTTER LIE!!!!! First off the part that he was filling out was supposed to be filled out by HER NOT MY HUSBAND, but she told him to fill it out, and it was asking for his DL#. Well most people don't know their DL# by heart so would have to look at their ID to get it. There is no LAW stating that you cannot look at your license while filling out a form for the purchase of a firearm or for anything else for that matter. I cannot believe the DISCRIMINATION that my family just had to be a part of therefor I want everyone that contemplates going there, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR ANY COLOR OTHER THAN WHITE, TO BE AWARE THAT YOUR MOST LIKELY GOING TO EXPERIENCE RACISM AND BE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST!! Go around the corner on Madison to E-Z CASH PAWN, they don't discriminate and have great customer service!!

::The woman working was extremely rude and had an attitude from the second I walked in. She did not want to help in an way or answer any questions, and what she did tell me was 100% untrue. I was a frequent visitor to this store and used to enjoy the friendly helpful employees that were there. Now it is a very hostile environment. I will be taking my money somewhere else from now on. Will not be back.

::This Quick-Cash seems to have improved from the last time I made a purchase there. The staff are more friendly than they were previously and my experience was much better this time.

::They were rude and talked down to me. They made it seem like they were doing me a favor. I would suggest going somewhere that knows the meaning of customer service. I can only speak of the two store associates that handled my transaction. I witnessed these same associates be disrespectful to an elderly man prior to my transaction. Maybe my experience was an isolated one. I hope you have a better experience.
