  I finish pay my car on February, 2017 I keep their insurance to July 29, 2017, and from that day to November 3, 2017 still waiting for my tittle I call they hang up the phone, big problems there. Please don’t go there. Next step by me is a tv channel and the court.

  At the BRONX location; UNPROFESSIONAL!. I've been trying to get my deposit back for over a year. Everything comes down to one person name ZINA whom don't return calls ,never at the store when set appointment & send you to he'll if she answer for bothering. Tried to get other people on the phone but Ms ZINA insult the hell out customers for calling her instead of the office. Can she be told its business? Prior sales staff no longer there. I'm soooo sick that only court claim may settled this. UNBELIEVABLE
