  The technician William is great, but the wait time sucks. There were only 2 people ahead of me and it took an hour to be seen.

  Cannot find the office. Waiting interminably despite empty office. There's gotta be better than this joint

  I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and I've now been waiting 30 minutes, and they haven't even checked the sign in sheet. Update: someone finally came out and I let him know I had an appointment half an hour ago. He got me through the process relatively quickly and did a great job drawing blood, no complaints there. If you're fine waiting a while this place is OK.

  The wait here is just too long. I waited 1 and half hours to be seen. It's under staff with only 2 persons. The woman can barely explain instruction to me in English but gave me some of manual instructions to read back at home. I should have gone to fifth floor lab.
