  this quest can not spelll customer service. went in 12/19 at 100 out to lunch be back at !00. waited until 1:45 no one showed up. I left. Went back tec said we do not have order do you have Dr. phone number. No I do not. Tec I am sorry I have no way to look it up. Please Tec has phone book , computer, and probably a list of all Dr. in Fort Worth. Tec can not look it up? A lie..No help. I have been a good customer and expect professional customer service. this is not the first time I have gotten rotten customer service from thsi Guest, a different infifferent tec. What kind of training does Management give these people? Do they know how to look up a phone number. Do they enjoy not helping a cursomer. When my results are sent to the lab do the tecs there not care? Is the work done in a professional manner or in a I do no care attitude? If management does not call me I will not go back.

  I called to see where this location was and the lady was short with me. I tried to explain I amt to this location and couldn't find it she walked over me while I was trying to tell her I couldn't make my appointment cause there's no sign telling you where it is. I went to another location after because I didn't deserve to be treated that way so early in the morning. I definitely will not ever use this location.

  Quick, professional, and painless. Don't know why this place has two stars. They were very courteous and knowledgeable.
