Quest Dental is a great place in 1000 Eager Street. Dr.Cardwell & Staff treated me with the best care and courtesy. I had got three teeth pulled. It was painless, and quick. Was given the aftercare, before the pulling of my I would recommend to close family, friends & associates. They're the best, Thank you a bunch Quest Dental!😊🏆

The receptionists and dental assistants were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the dentist needed a better "Bedside Manner". I was mouth open with her hands yanking away at my teeth and she's humming a tune with the radio, complaining that my mouth was to small. It felt like she was ripping my lips apart. She even pulled 2 teeth that did not need pulling. One was fine, and the other only had a cavity. So just be exactly clear of what you want done if you use this dentist.

BEST DENTIST I HAVE BEEN 2! So friendly, perfect professional, organized, kind, well trained staff is what this doctor has helped to ensure is done. I was speechless which says a lot to their kindness! Friendly front desk staff and such friendly welcoming energy. I'd hire them all!!! Gyounwont regret it. Treat hem right they deserve respect and LOVE TOO! Even if you have something happen like someone's running late to see you give them patience or reschedule. Stuff happens give people a break. I would have missed so many people in my life if I expected perfection! This place was perfection to me😀

The dental assistant and dentist had no bedside manner. The front desk people are lovely. Appt was at 11:30. Was not seen till 12ish. Ok cool. Did an X-ray. Put right back in the waiting room. Not seen again till 12:45. Jus nasty attitudes from people that are supposed to help you. Weird and I’m only coming back because I haven’t been to the dentists in like 10 years.

I must say I am quite disappointed with my experience with quest dental. The first time I went there, I was so excited that the staff and dentists were black and the service was great in the front and the back. Yet, as I was a patient there for a couple of years, my latter experiences were not as good. First, they sent fraudulent charges to my insurance company. They billed me for a procedure that they did not perform. The only reason I found out and brought it to their attention was by looking very closely, line-by-line, at my insurance bills. They did remove the charge once I brought it to their attention. I tried to let this go and return there as a patient because the dentists and hygienist I saw were great overall. I was scheduled for an appointment in June 2022, and they called me and told me they needed to cancel and reschedule it. They rescheduled me for late August. I really was not happy here because i need to get dental care twice a year, usually June and December. So you can imagine if it gets pushed to August, it will be harder to get both visits in before the end of the year. Anyway, I still stuck it out and made the appointment for the end of August. Today I go to the office for my August appointment (that they rescheduled from June) and am told there is no running water in the office. They then tell me that they need to reschedule the appointment. I don't understand why they could not have called me beforehand, before I drove across town to attend this appointment. I also don't understand how this is the second time they have had to reschedule my appointment. Getting dental care really should not be this difficult. The receptionist was rude and disrespectful and clearly no one cares whether my teeth are taken care of or not. I would not be able to get rescheduled at this office for another month or 2. I decided to seek dental care at a new dentist. Overall, the office is poorly run and short staffed. The service from the front desk staff does not help. I refuse to be disrespected and honestly it looks like they just don't want me there as a patient. Would not recommend this office. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the actual dentists and hygienists are nice, if you can actually make it to the back.
