::Was heading to a gathering to celebrate a friend's accomplishment. It was last-minute for all of us, so I didn't have a chance to go out and buy a proper gift. I thought I would have to drive a few miles away to either buy the gift or grab a quick bottle of wine to let her know I was thinking about her. I don't like walking into places empty-handed. Then, I spotted this new wine and spirits store. I found a parking space and was able to walk to her downtown condo with ease. The ladies running the store were very helpful in my effort to pick a nice bottle for the specific occasion. I know my friend likes red wine, but I'm better at picking white wine. The whole transaction took five minutes and I arrived at the celebration on time. This specific area has been a difficult hub to grab a quick bottle of wine to present at a get-together and I am glad to know this location is now available for a last-minute purchase. Woot!

::This is a great addition to downtown! The selection of wines and liquor is solid, their beer selection isn't vast, but it's ample, and the prices are competitive with other stores in Memphis. It's great to have a store downtown that doesn't seem to be adding some automatic "downtown" tax to the price of anything. Please everyone, stop by and buy a bottle of whatever you like so we can make sure to keep such a great place in business!
