  First they never call you the day before to remind/confirm an appointment. Second I try calling them 5 times and no one picked up the phone during work hours. After driving for an hour getting there everything that the receptionist had to say was: "Well, sorry". How a dentist doesn't have two phone lines to be able to respond to the needs of the patience. Very disappointed with the client service.

  I went to my dentist in green acres mall and was told i needed a root canal and they did not take my insurance. they give me a list a DDS that did accept mine i called the office number , the line was busy. i called back a half hour later and got an answer machine which asked me to leave a message and they will call me back. they did not call me back that day. i called again the next day and once again i got an answer machine and once again i left a message. they did not call me back that day as well. i thought they did not like my phone number so i again called them the next day got the answer machine and left them with a different phone number. they didn't like that number because they did not call me back as once again i got their answer machine. Who works there? and why don't you want to take me as i need a root canal

  I was referred by my dentist to do my root canal here. Dr. Merlino explained each steps of the procedure and was always alert to see if I'm in pain. I never like going to the dentist, especially when it comes to hearing the sound of a drill, but he was gentle as my molar tooth was being reshaped. The procedure was painless, the music in the office was nice (if you're into classic rock). He even allowed me to put on my earphones and listen to my own tunes while he was working on my tooth. I highly recommend him.

  never answers the goddamn phone. tried calling to schedule an appointment for a root canal.looks like they are bankrupt. left so many voicemail but never heard back so lokks like they went out of business. Horrible customer service. i wish i can give 0 star

  Great service and a nice office. I usually don't like dental work but their office was so nice and comfortable. Nice view from the dental chair I was in. Did not have a long wait time either and my tooth was fixed.
