  We found some bad reviews for this company after their movers have already finished our move from a 1-bedroom apartment in Ozone Park NY to Washington DC and we were surprised. At least during our move and actually the whole process from the very first call to their office and getting the fixed price quote, scheduling it, and then the move itself, and it was the whole day move since it took them almost 2 hours to pack and load since we have a lot of stuff - everything went pretty well and easy. Their customer service gentleman name Alex, he was nice and helpful giving us all the details and explaining all the options, so we decided to go with these guys and we are happy we did, we paid at least $200 less then the nearest competitors's price to move us to DC and we will recommend these movers to our friends and family. Thanks a lot! Good job guys!

  Update! 05/01 After posting my 1 star review the company decided to use 3 fake accounts to post 5 stars reviews. LMAO nice try but no cigar SCAMMERS. ☆☆☆WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY☆☆☆ it is not worth the stress. The person that answers the phone Alex (who will probably use another name after reading this review) with a slight Russian accent has got to be the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. Hung up on me twice and blocked both my numbers. Alex will tell you one thing and when the movers arrive they tell you another. I complained because they brought a van instead of a truck to move my things. They ended up spending more time disassembling some of my furniture (which I NEVER had to do) so they can milk for time. Even after i had to take some of the things in my own vehicle and will have to go back to pick up some leftover miscellaneous items. They'll charge you for packing items when they say its included. ☆SCAMMERS☆ I will also be reporting them to the BBB. So I basically overpaid them for not being able to complete the job.

  Nice and easy light move (just some furniture and boxes) within Forrest Hills but I'm willing to leave a good review for these guys. Fast, professionally equipped, English-speaking crew and good office management makes this company easy to use for local moves.

  It was a pretty big relocation from Upper Manhattan to the Bronx we used these guys for and we only had a good experience doing business with them. It took them 2 full days and 17 hours to relocate our office and warehouse. Alex the office manager was helpful and professional, we ordered a visual estimate to make sure everything will be transparent during the move, and we were given the best offer from Queens Best Movers compare to another dozen of movers. Recommended movers in Queens!

  Well I called this company at the very last moment, our originally scheduled company was not ready to move us on Monday, so we had to find movers who can come in an hour or so. Denis from Best Movers was very helpful, he even gave us the better rate compare to our first mover (Moishe's). The crew was fast and professional, very satisfied with their quality and price!
