Worst place I've ever dealt with they told me they would have my fork seals done Tuesday and they wasn't we called them and they haven't Evan ordered my parts yet and my forks was on the ground. There is no signs on the whole building.

Very cool shop and easy to deal with staff. They helped me when I was purchasing an old BMW motorcycle and made everything pretty easy.

I have been riding for a few years now, and in that time I have managed to have some pretty awful experiences with shops and mechanics working on my bikes. That being said, I cannot say enough good things about the dudes at Queen City Moto. Scott and Matt are flat out awesome. As a person who is not very mechanically inclined, they took the time to help explain things to me instead of making me feel like an idiot for not understanding. And as things came up, they were great about communicating with me through text, including photos of everything which I really appreciated. These two are smart and knowledgeable, upfront and honest, and you can really feel comfortable knowing that your bike is in good hands. I will certainly be a customer of theirs for as long as they are around. Thanks guys.

I am a new rider, and when I found a decent starter bike online I needed a shop to give it a good once over. I was recommended Queen City Moto by my neighbor so I decided to check them out. Not only does the team take my concerns into consideration, they also go the extra mile and make sure everything is done to the absolute best of their abilities. Scott and Matt are two of the nicest, most genuine guys I've ever met, and their knowledge about motorcycles make me feel confident that my bike is in good hands. They don't pressure you into doing more work onto your bike than you need, and they don't charge an arm and a leg for the services they provide. I am highly pleased with the service I receive from these guys, and now I wouldn't trust anyone else working on my bike.
