  Customer service was a joke. It was as if the person on the phone couldn't care less and didn't really want to get the sale. It was as if they were everything in their power to convince me to go with another company and not them. Very disappointed as the website and reviews had me feeling like I had made the right choice. Well - you guys just lost a pretty good sized sale. Considering the size and add - ons we were looking for.
