  Robert is an amazing local business man. I like to support our local businesses and the Quality Mattress Outlet is definitely one to support here in Tucson. I walked in 15 minutes before closing time and told Robert what I needed, and he found me a perfect bed at a great price that beats Costco prices. I asked what was the soonest I could have the bed delivered and he said how about in 25 minutes. Yep, within 45 minutes of entering this store, I made a purchase and had the bed delivered. That is such incredible service and I couldn’t have found a better store to buy a new bed than at Quality Mattresd Outlet.

  Bought two twin size mattresses for our trundle bed. After delivery, we realized the one mattress was too tall. Called the store and he came out within the hour and replaced it. Great customer service!

  I needed a new box spring mattress that was right for my budget. I shopped around and came right back Quality Mattress Outlet. We got the box spring loaded onto the truck and Rob instead that it needed to be tied down. I am glad he did that because I stopped to get a few things at the grocery store on my way and caught somebody trying to untie the rope and chased him away. I love this store. Great people, service and quality. Don't look any further . this is the place to be.
