  I had booked the room in advance and paid for it. Got there and was asked for another $100 deposit. Was told it would be returned in 2-3 business days. Has been almost 2 weeks and multiple phone calls to get my deposit back and still waiting on refund. I placed the used towels in the bath tub and bagged all the trash. The room smelled very bad of mold. So I checked the AC unite and the filter had never been cleaned. I took the filter out and cleaned it myself. The floor was sticky. Black mold in bathroom. Toilet was not properly secured so it rocked. The pool was far from clear. Breakfast, only had one waffle maker, so a long line to make one. Boiled eggs, and sausage links. One day had bagels, another had doughnuts from possibly little Debbie’s. The juice machine only had one of 4 juices. The only positives I took away was I didn’t find any roaches and was close to the Omaha Zoo.

  I recently stayed at the Fabulous Motel and was blown away by the exceptional staff. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and friendliness made my stay truly unforgettable. The staff was always available, went above and beyond to assist me, and ensured my room was pristine. Their genuine care for guests is commendable. Highly recommend this motel for an outstanding experience.

  Our stay was decent. The room itself was clean and spacious. I wish the beds were split across the room though. There is a wall in the center of the room and the beds are on one side. It would have been nice to have a little space between us and our kids while sleeping. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Both me and my spouse were up and down through the night, unable to get comfortable. The bathrooms could use an update. The tubs are pretty dirty. There is a strong weed odor throughout the rest of the hotel, but not in our room. We loved the swimming pool. It is kept very clean. It would be nice to have towels available in the pool area or more on hand at the desk as I had to stand around in the cold hallway waiting for the staff to go get some. Staff was friendly and the rooms were quiet. For a quick one night stay on our way home from a long trip Quality In provided what we needed.

  Our stay was beyond my expectations! The hotel was convenient from the exit, staff was very welcoming, kind, respectful, and having the willingness to accommodate our requests. We came with a few family friends that booked rooms during the same time we stayed.Beds were with clean linen and very comfy mattress. Air-conditioning worked great! Pool was very beautiful and warm! Hot breakfast with variety, plentiful and delicious! We were so very happy with our stay. Thank you to all the wonderful staff that accommodated myself and my friends during our stay. It is one that I will never forget! Thank you for your great hospitality!!! Your hotel EXCEEDS my 5 Stars! :) We will definitely stay here again and again!

  Perfect little spot for a quick out of town stay! Came in town for a concert, and needed a nice place to rest after. The front desk staff was so nice! We called in advance to see if we could check in prior to the show, and she made it happen! The room was nice and spacious, as well as clean. The shower was a bit precarious. The ac/heater unit made just enough white noise for us to get an excellent nights sleep without our usual floor fan. The pool looked nice, breakfast was provided in the roomy and nicely decorated lobby area. Such nice staff, too!!
