  Let me just say this place is what it is. There were stains on the lampshades in our room (very large, noticeable), there was makeup on the walls in the bathroom, I would say the room was cleanish. The whole time we were there all the hallways smelled like weed (very strong), sometimes it was so bad it crept into our rooms. There were 2 cop cars outside when we pulled up, made us a little nervous on arrival, front desk staff did not acknowledge. There is also a $10.00 per night parking fee that is not super obvious when you are booking, not sure why this is being charged as the hotel has their own dedicated parking lot (lot was also barely cleared, lots of ice and snow still built up). The hot tub is also sealed up if that is important to you. I mean I was not expecting a ton from a cheaper hotel but I was a little disappointed.

  Made my reservation online and was planning to pay cash for my room. As i entered the hotel it wreaked of marijuana. Was told they didn't accept cash. Asked for a room on the top floor facing west since I'm a light sleeper. Upon walking down the hallways noticed they were dirty trash on the floors. Then as I went into the room my daughter noticed there was water all over the floor, refrigerator had a week. I then had to return to the front desk to get a different room. Got to the next room and was not impressed at all. Dirty walls, ripped curtains, and toilet paper that feels like cardboard. I definitely recommend staying somewhere else for the price they are charging.

  The check in was to notch and quite efficient and speedy. Stayed for couple days for some R&R. Heater wasn't working too part but once notified maintenance they were up there in no time to fix the issue! They allowed us a late check out which was much needed. Everything was great for our little stay!! Thanks!!

  I wish I could give 0 stars! Do not stay here! I booked for two nights a month in advance. When we got inside we immediately smelled smoke. We were greeted by a young girl that was not able to answer our questions and did not offer to find someone that could. When we got to the elevator the smell of marijuana was so bad it made our eyes water. When we got to our room, luckily, it did not smell like smoke but just like an old, musty room. It was dark and a very awkward space. The bathroom was filthy. We ended up finding a different hotel to stay at and were refunded for the following night (which was very nice).

  Close to Mall of America! Rooms were average. Bathroom was quite small. I am currently using a knee scooter due to an injury and it almost didn't fit into the bathroom. We got a double bed room. Beds seemed slightly smaller than other places we've stayed before. The best part of this hotel was their great breakfast. They have a hot breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage and much more. When looking for a hotel breakfast was not listed as an amenity, so we were pleasantly surprised that not only did it have breakfast, but that it had great options. Also, for having 'no smoking' rooms there was an awful lot of smoke smells in the hallways and elevator.
