  Pleasantly surprised. Check in was quick and easy (we had an Expedia reservation). Room was spacious and the TV and heat was already on when we got to our room. Nice, comfortable king size bed. Only complaints are that there were only two, very small.and flimsy bed pillows and there were no small hand towels in the bathroom. An extra blanket would be nice too. The room was pretty quiet though. Also, yhe the motel grounds were pretty snow covered, icy, and slippery. We didn't partake of breakfast but the description sounded decent.

  These 5 stars are specifically for the front desk associate named Noel. My sister came into town for the passing of our dear father, and without him knowing he welcomed her in very professionally and with the upmost care and high energy. He accommodated her to the best of his ability and made her feel secure in her choice of hotels. Coming from someone who has worked in the monarch casino, his service was top tier and one of the best I had the pleasure of witnessing in a long time. 10 Stars!!!!!!

  Pretty nice, I was surprised. Had a room right above the lobby and it was good, I'm guessing 30'X30' plus bathroom and shower. Yes an actual giant square room with a king bed couch etc. Was a comfortable stay

  The staff at the Quality Inn on Abilene Street in Aurora were absolutely amazing. Our program experienced a fire and we had over 20 people that were displaced. They immediately worked to help book and serve our community members. Corey was amazing and one of the day staff (I don't remember her name) helped me every single day I was there, working in the lobby to find more sheltering options for our folks.

  This hotel has come a long LONG way. People normally only write reviews because they are mad about something so don't take the negative reviews to heart.... give them a chance. Ashley has done a wonderful job getting the place turned around and getting the right staff in place, such as Samiya! They are pleasant to talk to. They have done a great job cleaning it up. The homeless are not in sight anymore, the problematic people that you once would find outside causing issues, they are all gone. The rooms have been renovated and just overall a great experience.
