  Great customer service, they delivered the furniture to me the next day and gave me great financining options. I highly recommend this store.

  On 12/27/16 I had a magnificent experience with my visit to Quality Furniure Warehouse order of a new bedroom set for myself. From the moment I entered the store i felt welcomed and very well served with the attentiveness the owners offered me to ensure that my needs, desires and requirements were met. Upon my decision being made, I asked for a prompt delivery as I wanted to treat myself before the New Year. I was assured that the delivery would be made on the following day and sure enough, my beautiful bedroom set arrived today, 12/28/16. It was assembled by them and it just looks super beautiful and elegant in my room. I am truly impressed with the quality, service and price. Happy New Year to me.

  Normally I like to support small businesses in my area but this is one business I will not purchase from again due to my experience with a chest dresser that was purchased and the way in which the owner isn't trying to honor a return for the faulty unit. He assembled the unit at the store and so if any warranty information came with the unit, we never got it, when asked about it he says he can fix the unit and try to change the subject. This chest dresser was purchased for over $200 and it is completely useless. The drawers cant hold a decent amount of clothes without collapsing if you open it more than 2 inches to take clothes out of it. His thing was you cant pull open the drawers too much or stuff it which wasn't done. I left it stocked with clothes so that when he came by to inspect he'll see. He said he would fix it because he knew when it left his store that something was missing and he ordered a piece, when he came by he added more screws everywhere. The unit is big and youd expect good use out of it but it cant hold more than a few items in it because it isn't strong enough and the drawers itself is so heavy that when you add a few pieces of clothes, its ready to collapse. Not only that, the knobs come loose in your hands when you open the drawer. I want my money back; It was purchased to organize my clothes and now I have drawers and clothes everywhere in my apartment because the unit isn't functional and keeps falling apart.
