  Our dryer that we bought from Famous Tate has now broken for the third time in the last two weeks. This is the repair company that they require us to use as part of our warranty. After calling them this morning to get it repaired for that hopefully last time they told me they can't get to us for five more days and if they only have one technician that services our area and that he's only working a half day today and a half-day on Wednesday. Here's my problem with companies like this they do not make serious situations a priority they sit on their hands and think that if they just do business is normal they will continue to stay in business. Dear quality appliance services if you do not have a sense of urgency and take care of your customers properly you will lose customers because they will leave you bad reviews think about that just for a minute and I hope that you correct your policies and procedures to reflect customers needs.

  Please don't use this company. I was directed here by Frigidaire, and wished I had done my homework first. I have been without my brand new stovetop for over a month, having had 3 mainboards shipped and each one broken. No communication from the company despite repeated promises that they would get back to me. They won't set a time to show up even if you request it, which is not a way to run a business. People work, and asking for an appointment after 3pm is not an unreasonable request. After over a month without a stove, one would think they could at least be somewhat accommodating...nope.
