  This is the worst nail salon that I have ever been to. They are rough, don't listen when you request services and they have prices posted on their wall and then try to charge you double. Most of the staff does not speak English, but I thought that I would be okay getting nails done here because the prices were posted in the front of the salon. When I saw my bill they tried to charge me $70 for it when it should have cost $40 in total. They yelled and screamed and insisted that they were correct. The gel manicure is very poor quality and she cut my finger when she cut my cuticles as well. I would avoid Cinly Nails at all costs! They are rude, unskilled and they don't charge the prices posted on their price list!
