  Bought a used subaru there recently with 100k miles and could have got the car for under sticker price but since i paid sticker price i got a new head gaskets put on timing belt and water pump so for the 500-700 i would have saved with not doing that it was worth paying that to have all that new stuff put in with pictures and video of the new parts so i could see the new parts being put in.. also the sales man greg was very helpful

  this guy is a total liar. i asked him about a car i saw on their website and if it was hit or had any dents, scratches etc. he told me just a small crack on the bumper. i told him i lived 45 mins away and was leaving to come over to check out the car and take it for a test drive. he said great he'd take it out from back to have it ready when i got there cause it was behind a few cars. no problem... right? took me about an hour to get there, the car was still buried behind 4 other cars. when i went over to check the car i saw the car not only had a huge crack in the bumper, but had scratches all over the hood and up the side w/dents and a busted tail light. I refreshed his memory about our phone conversation and what he claimed over the phone and questioned him about the condition of the car when I got there. i asked why he lied about the car being hit and all he could say was “it's got a clean carfax.” i asked him to explain the dents and said, repeatedly that the car had a clean carfax. this guy proceed to lie about everything and refused to look at the car or address any of the visibly huge problems with the car. the dude is the text book definition of "sleazy used car salesman." RUN!!!!!!!!!! DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! save your valuable time, money and gas. VERY bad business.

  Lied to me about transmission being brand new in a car. Ran like garbage, had no papers or receipt of transmission/parts being bought/replaced. The car had obvious signs that it was in an accident. The front windshield was not OEM, it had no Ford logo on the corner of it, and the visuals were obstructed by the black border on the bottom of the windshield. ENTIRE right side of the car was non-OEM. Had MULTIPLE air fresheners in every vent to prevent the smell of mold. The weather stripping in a car with frame damage is useless if the doors do not close properly, so obviously it had leaks and other issues during inclement weather. I am NOT happy that I was lied to MULTIPLE times, both vocally, and through the car itself. Many of these cars have issues. PLEASE if you go here check for rust, wear, signs of accidents, etc. The ONLY reason this is getting three stars is the employees themselves are very nice, they do not pressure you to buy a car, usually come out and offer their assistance if they're not on the phone with a customer, and try to provide as much "information" as possible. They're trying to do their jobs and sell the cars though, so don't trust every word they say. Ask for proof. Happy hunting.
