  After two years and a few hundreds classes later, Pure Barre Greenwich has remained the best workout around. I began at Pure Barre Greenwich in February of 2016 and immediately felt a huge difference in muscle strength. In less than an hour, I am able to truly shut my mind off and manage to see more results than I ever did from simply wandering around a typical gym. The infectious energy and empowerment that radiates from the doors of this studio is unlike any other I've experienced. It is large and spacious, and fully accommodates those of us who rush in before/after work needing to change.

  Dance was all I knew from when I was 5 until I graduated college. I didn't know what I was going to do to keep myself in shape because I never enjoyed working out in a normal gym setting. My world changed when one of my friends brought me to Pure Barre Greenwich. Over a year later I am still in love with the workout and results I get from each class. In 50 minutes you get a total body workout. The choreography is always different so each class is always challenging yet achievable. The fun upbeat music is what really tops it off. No matter where you are physically starting your fitness journey at Pure Barre Greenwich is always a great decision. Come join the irreplaceable community of Pure Barre Greenwich!

  I joined Pure Barre Greenwich around 2 months ago and have fallen in love with it. I always look forward to class! The instructors are amazing and motivate you to push yourself even when it seems impossible to do the exercise. Each class is different and challenging and I always feel great when it’s over. I am so happy with the results I have seen and I look forward to continuing to see the transformation!

  Pure Barre Greenwich has transformed my life. Physically I feel stronger- challenging my muscles with lots of push-ups and lunges, endless shakes and constant tucks. Mentally I feel more confident- ready to take on the world and not let anything get in my way. I couldn't ask for a better workout and the best part is I look forward to going to class. I am so lucky to be a part of this amazing and supportive community. For anyone who hasn't tried it, you are missing out!

  This place is amazing! The studio is clean and professional, and the teachers are amazing. I spend so much of my time here that it has become my second home. It has completely transformed my body and mentality towards working out. This place is a great community of empowering women. Give it a try!
