We bring my 9 year old dog to be groomed here and of coarse have to look at all the puppies on our way out.....we fell in LOVE with "Rosie" and the staff could not have been more helpful in making it happen. They keep the store extremely clean and all the dogs are very cared for. They take them out 2x day and even bring them home sometimes. Our Rosie who is 5.5 mos has not had 1 accident yet!!! She was examined by our vet and deemed a very healthy girl. All in all we will be back for grooming and are loving our new, healthy addition.

Let me tell you my 10 year old daughter wanted a small puppy. we went to 3 locations on Long Island. one was overcrowded and overpriced another when we walked in we had to hold our noses and the puppies looked sick. and when we walked in to puppy love it was great the staff was friendly the dogs we're not all biting each other and fighting it didn't smell bad and looked very clean. it was Best place we've ever been. The best part about it was we were able to take the dog home for the night to see if it would get along with my other dog just a great place knowledgeable friendly I recommend it over all of the other places and they were reasonable and flexible on the price.

I just bought a mini schnauzer pup. I fell in love with him at the store but in all honesty I did notice that he coughed twice. I was too excited and In love with my pup to complain; but I'm taking him to an amazing vet in Manhattan tomorrow NOT the free vet that they recommended. If he were in bad conditions I'm actually happy that I got him out. I love my puppy so much already and it's not his fault if he is sick. It does appear to be kennel cough. He's 4 months and can barely walk. I have 2 other dogs and I've never experienced anything like this. (This is my first time buying from a pet shop so I am concerned). I will update soon.
