  Every workout is different. Pump is never boring and Janene has a great personality. Every class, or private, I am satisfied, laughing and craving to go back the next day!

  As a new and first time mom Pump Fitness has been an amazing studio helping me get back into shape. Janene has been so accommodating working with me and my schedule while I am out on maternity leave. The private sessions allow me to have 1:1 time to focus all while my new born is sleeping. I feel more energized for the day and excited to get back to my post-baby weight. Highly recommend Janene for positive energy and results.

  Love that the workouts are always different and never know what you're coming into. I haven't been so dedicated to the gym prior to coming to PUMP and its been so motivating. All the trainers are excellent and keep it fun. Its a great gym and highly recommended!
