  Absolutely LOVE working with the trainers at Pulse Fitness. They are knowledgeable, friendly, push me when I need it and I feel fantastic when I walk out of the gym. Twice a week for a month now and I feel better mentally and physically. Cannot more highly recommend. Props to Dan and Geno!

  Best gym I have ever had a membership at, Period. They are mainly a personal training and class based gym but I use it for open gym. They have great personal trainers and have tons of classes ranging from yoga to kickboxing and everything inbetween. They offer monthly/set # packages as well as per class dropins. They also do private classes for groups as well. I did it through a work event and it was a blast to do with people you know. The equipment is top notch. Free weights, stairclimbers, cross fit equipment they have it all. Even with a wide range of equipment available and will bring in new items from time to time to test out. It keeps things fresh and exciting. They even have treadmill desks, if you need to catch up on work but still want to keep moving! The staff is really friendly and are mostly personal trainers. They give tips even if you aren't on personal training plan. The owners are really attentive to any issue brought up and work to solve it quickly. They let me switch locations when I changed jobs and switch back without issue. The owners will even occasionally bring in dogs which you can play with in between sets (they are super friendly and well behaved too). The price is high enough to deter crowds but low enough to be attainable for people looking to seriously train. They have a great culture in the gym. They are clean, orderly, and have a good time. Would reccommend to anyone in downtown Detroit. Also check out there Pleasent Ridge location!

  I've had several training sessions and they've all been excellent! I will say it costs more than other options, but you will get an amazing workout and meet some amazing trainers.

  It's a nice gym but the only major issue is the hours which are pretty limited compared to other gyms in the area! For every holiday the gym is closed a day or two before and on weekends it's only open for a short few hours on Saturday mornings.

  Pulse Fitness Detroit is amazing! Clean facility, friendly and caring staff. Equipment is all state of the art and user friendly. Locker rooms are spacious and luxurious; they also provide a towel service which is very convenient. Shake bar serves delicious and healthy shake options. Group classes are a lot of fun and the instructors are all well versed in their subject of training; very professional and encouraging. 5 stars all the way!!
