  I really enjoy Pulse. The trainers are excellent and the classes are fun and challenging. You leave feeling good about your workout and yourself.

  This is a great neighborhood; members and employees are the best group of people. The trainers are wonderful; they know exactly how far to push -- i'm in the best shape of my life and have been virtually injury-free for the longest period in my life. Classes are great; you work at your own pace -- as easy or as hard as you want to go. The pilates classes are like no others; the teachers know what they are doing. i would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to learn how to be physically active while understanding your body and how far you can go.

  This gym is GREAT! I have only briefly belonged to two gyms in the past twenty years, both of which left me feeling lost and uninspired. Then I saw the new Pulse in our neighborhood. The people are very friendly and there are many different classes. The best part about the classes for me (middle aged overweight guy) is that they are structured in a way where you can be challenged and not feel overwhelmed, but a more advanced person is also challenged. I now do several different classes a week and so far I have lost 25 lbs and feel great. Not sure what the deal is with the other review, I have found everyone to be very welcoming and friendly especially Lisa and Kristen And yes, if she is training or in a class she isn't going to break away to try and sell a membership. No they don't harass clients guests with sales pitches either.
