  I wouldnt recommend living here. When i began to sign my lease i was promised my 1st months rent free. I sign my lease and began to set up electricity and cable, the leasinh office calls me 2 day after and informs me they gave me the wrong apartment number. So then i had yo switch everything to the right apartment. Move in day comes and they tell me it wont be ready until noon because theyre cleaning it. Finally get my key at 3pm and go to my new apartment and theres paint splatters all over my door and some strip. I go inside theres footprints and dirt everywhere. The roof is coming apart and theres paint splatters all throughout the place. My door is almost coming apart and the whole place smells. I got to turn my ac on dust flys out. So i started to clean the filter and its cover in paint. Maintaince decides it just needs a cleaning abd refused to replace the unit. But when mainence comes they knock once and just come straight in with no warning. All my neighbors blair their music and property management wouldnt do anything about it. Im harassed constantly by tenants from the former property owners who all beg and ask for things. They wont clean out any of the dog poop trash cans so people just leave their dogs business all over the place. I didnt recieve a second house key or a mailbox key until 4 months after living here. Theres is basically no visitor parking. There is only 2 washers and driers for at least 100 units and the property wont maintain them. They tow residents cars and sale parking passes to the public without a bavkground check. Someone broke their window in threw it where people walk their dogs and instead of cleaning and fixing it they just threq mulch on top of it and put a board on the window and its been that way 2 months now. There are crackheads that live here and constantly have the cops called because they are fighting or driving through the property blairing their horn to wake up everyone. If the leasing office is showing a unit they tend to try to keep them from the residents so we dont tell them what its really like.

  I've been trying to make a benaficial move to the triangle, so I can be closer to absolute resourses. Raleigh is a plus compared to dead end town whereI stay in NC. I can't seem to get no one on the phone, or return my call. Is the confodence of business people diminished?
