My first time here. My first time to a junk yard, really. The woman at the entrance was nice, not extra helpful. I showed her the part I needed that I had brought with me to compare but she wasn't able to provide any extra information. But note that I showed her the part in my hand at the entrance. The place is huge. They must have almost a million cars in various stages of savage looking deconstruction. There were about ten of my model and year or interchangeable models to choose from which was great. And they all were pretty close together. Several of them were fairly intact with a good deal of parts remaining and so after looking at about five I found the exact part I needed and yanked 'er out. I was feeling like this visit was a success and I just saved myself fifty or sixty dollars. Plus it was kind of fun. Unfortunately, when we got to checkout right about at closing and the woman asked to see what we were buying and to inspect our bag, my good feeling faded. I showed her the parts I was buying and the part I had brought in for comparison, she told me that no parts may be brought onto the yard, that there was a sign or front stating the same and that when I had signed to come in I had agreed to this policy so she would charge me for my own part is I wanted it. I could see this was a done deal, but I still tried to explain that I showed the woman at the front desk the part in my hand and was proceeding directly to the yard. And maybe I should have been warned to get rid of the part before I make a stupid mistake? But the woman I engaged with wasn't around to confirm my story so I sucked it up and paid twice for the same part. Luckily, it wasn't too much $$. They have a 30 day return policy for exchange or store credit so I'll probably come back and return the part I paid extra for and use the credit to get some other item my car can probably use. I recommend Pull-a-Parts for their large inventory, well organized yard, and decent prices. Just read the rules before going in so you don't get the shaft on the way out like I did!

We went to pull off a door for my son's car. The staff was very helpful gave us directions to where the car was. After pulling the part our suburban wouldn't start bought a battery from them. They went out of there way to help us out. The prices were even good. Bought the car battery for $25 car door $29 Thanks again

Prices are competitive you must bring tools remove Parts yourself and will only know the price when brought to the counter if you bring one part and it has different attachments your shirts for every little attachment to that particular part everything is priced totally separately I really don't save a lot of money when they're done with you so many surcharges a $5 item will end up costing $11 with all the surcharges plus $2 entry fee

I was able to get a back sliding window for my Chevrolet S-10 extended cab pick-up. Unfortunately there is not too much information about which exact parts are available. The website is good and calling may clarify things more for you. No one under 18 is allowed in even with an adult. Removing some parts can take quite a bit of time so be prepared. They have hand washing stations and a free bottle of water which is very helpful.
