  I had bought some gummies here a week ago . my wife loves them so i get them now and then. we were shopping for a few weeks stuff so I spent around $300. it was a tiring day. so at the end of it, my wife opened a box and found they look odd. she looked at the expiration and it was 14 months past. couldn't believe it. publix. I've done 10 years customer service and I've worked a few different places, but I've only seen items past 1 year twice. it's shameful in my opinion. so I took it back. must have gotten 20 apologies and got a new item plus a refund. To say I was impressed that they did both restored my faith. It was a good day.

  Very friendly staff. They are eager to help and always insist on helping you to your car. Prices are a little higher but the store is nice, friendly, and helpful.

  Love Publix the veggies are great the bakery is fantastic the meats are good a bit on the high side but that's because their grain fed beef and chicken. But everyone thinks Publix is too high if you get the sale paper and shop with it the BOGO things make it seem like you're not spending that much money. I went in one e day and got everything I needed spent 30.00 left with 15 items. I Love Publix!!!

  ABSOLUTELY the BEST place in Donelson to grocery shop. It's Not Expensive like I had heard someone say. Obviously they hadn't shopped the entire CLEAN store. The people there actually seem glad to help you & make sure you are pleased with your shopping experience with them experience. Nice.

  This Publix is the BEST I have ever been to. We live in Inglewood and tried shopping at the grocery store there...such a stressful experience. So we make the drive to this Publix gladly! It's never overcrowded, it's appropriately staffed, and the employees are so friendly and helpful. I'm always able to find what I need! Today was an especially good visit. I have a 3-month-old baby. As I was getting ready to unload my groceries at checkout, a young man (employee) named Kevin walked by and asked if he could help unload my groceries onto the belt. I have never seen anyone do this and certainly never been offered such help. After he did that, he bagged them, then helped me to my car (as they always do). I can't tell you how this kindness made my day! I could have cried. Grocery shopping with a baby is always a bit intimidating. So thanks, Kevin! You went above and beyond. And way to go, Donelson Publix. Y'all are the best!
