  Michael was very friendly and explained everything well. I am very comfortable storing my things here! Very nice, clean, safe facility.

  This is one place that I have not worried about my things being stolen. I have had my storage unit here for over 5 years and I have never worried about my payments, my storage unit, for the safety of my things. I'm very glad that my things are kept here I would never go to another place.

  They advertise a $1 move in and once you sign up they tack on a $25 administration fee. Then once you get to the location to set up the account they are like car salesmen. The lock to the unit was $20 and they get irratated when you want to use your own lock. insurance on the unit is mandatory and they have a list of stipulations if you want to use your own insurance. Deceitful. Misleading. Sleezy.

  Rene', who is the property manager of this location was great. After I accessed this location online to reserve my storage unit, I received a phone call within 48 hours and was able to make an appointment. She was very thorough in her description of the process and layout of the property and was sensitive to my needs. By reviewing what furniture needed to be stored, she was able to confirm that I had chose the right unit. I also had bought some boxes and she helped me take them to my car, even though she was the only one in the office that day. I appreciate the wonderful customer service!!

  Staff is great here! I started renting a unit here a couple weeks ago and quickly learned I needed a different size. I worked with Jacqueline on both visits and on this second visit, she remembered who I was and spent a lot of time with me crunching numbers to help me decide which option was best. Jacqueline was very helpful and I really appreciate the time she spent with me going over all the details. The staff at this location is friendly and helpful which makes a "moving" situation less stressful. Their units are clean, easy to access, and prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this location.
