  Went by the other day to get some packing supplies, Tori helped me out with everything I needed and helped me carry everything to my car. She was super friendly great customer service.

  Not even close to being nice people there... but they will fake it to make it! Also there are only a couple of moving carts available... one with messed up wheels... lights go off if you spend too much time inside the storage unit looking for items... no ramp so you have to literally walk items to the building practically breaking your back... i guess some people like things harder than they have to be... plus having to ask all the time to use the bathroom is silly considering public storage is the name... cannot even wash hands after moving stuff in... my previous storage westy's is 100 times better... but to each their own.

  Clean, quiet, and easy accessible storage facility. The staff (Alexis & Tori) were both friendly and efficient to my needs. They provided exceptional service with a smile. My only suggestions are for better lighting within the units and an outdoor dock ramp for easier transport of heavier furniture. I always use this storage location and highly recommend it.

  Great experience storing my stuff here. It is conveniently close to Cambridge. Facilities always clean. Alexis and Tori were particularly helpful and nice when I was checking out.

  Always have a great experience at this location. Tori has been super helpful these past few months with getting me a great deal on my unit I've rented. Super friendly staff, and always there to help with a smile on. Definitely recommend this facility for your storage needs.
