  I am grateful to the manager John at this location. I accidentally left my phone in his office and was relieved when he told me it was safe and sound. This place is clean and safe to store your precious belongings. Thank you for keeping my possessions safe and secure.

  I have been using this particular facility for approx. 13 months. During this time I have had the pleasure of observing and experiencing--first hand--the best customer service/public relations work I have witnessed in the service industry. Chanda, in particular, always has a very pleasant demeanor and seems to be naturally empathetic. Nobody passes her without being asked how they are doing, is there anything she can do, or whatever the client's need may center around. She seems to KNOW individual's and their needs, so she seems to be on the mark all the time. She is a rare combination of intelligence, happy demeanor, hard worker, and sincerely interested in her client's and their needs. She should be teaching others how to do service work--this is a rare employee--and would be an asset to any service oriented business.
